Frequently asked questions

+Can a traveler buy something for me and bring it?
Yes, that is buy & bring. Post the item with a link or a description, your maximum price and the reward you offer. A traveler making the Munich → Casablanca trip who agrees buys it with their own money and brings it. You pay in the app and the money is held until you give your delivery code.
+How do I send a parcel Munich → Casablanca with a traveler?
Post what you want to send, where it leaves from, where it goes and the reward you offer. Real travelers making the Munich → Casablanca trip send you offers. You compare profiles and reviews, chat in the app and accept the offer that suits you. Posting is free.
+What does it cost?
You choose the reward you offer; a traveler’s offer cannot go below it. When you accept an offer you pay that reward plus the YourPoste service fee, by card in the app, and you see the total before you pay. Nothing is charged before that. For buy & bring you also pay the item price (or the deposit set in the offer) and a card processing fee.
+How is my payment protected?
The money is held in the app, not passed to the traveler, until you confirm delivery with your delivery code, or until the YourPoste team settles a dispute. Phone numbers are shared only once the deal is paid.
+What if no traveler makes an offer?
An offer depends on a traveler making this trip. Your request stays visible until its date, and travelers who post a matching trip are alerted. You can raise the reward or change the date from the request page. Nothing is charged until you accept an offer.
+What can a traveler refuse to carry?
Anything. Travelers see your description and photos before they make an offer, and they check the item when they collect it. The examples on this page are general, not a list of what is allowed: prohibited and restricted items are listed in the Terms, and when in doubt, check the official customs information of the destination country. Describe the contents honestly.
+I am making the Munich → Casablanca trip. How do I earn?
Post your trip for free and make offers on the requests that suit you. Wait until the deal shows as paid before you collect or buy anything. At handover you enter the delivery code, and YourPoste then sends you the reward minus its commission, to the payout method you set in the app. For buy & bring, the item price you advanced is paid back to you as well.
+My city is not Munich or Casablanca. Does it still work?
Yes. Post your request or your trip with your own cities: requests and trips are also matched at country level, Germany → Morocco.
