How it works Germany → Morocco

If you send

  1. Post your request

What it is, where it leaves from, where it goes and the reward you offer. Posting is free.

  2. Accept an offer and pay in the app

Travelers on the route make offers. When you accept one, you pay by card and the money is held.

  3. Hand over, then confirm with your code

The traveler collects the parcel and delivers it. Your delivery code, given at handover, releases the payment.

If you travel

  1. Post your trip

Your route, your dates and the space you have. Posting is free.

  2. Offer on the requests that fit

You see the item, its size and the reward before you offer. Wait until the deal shows as paid before you pick anything up.

Questions about Germany → Morocco

+What if no traveler offers on my request?
Your request stays visible until its deadline, and travelers who post a Germany → Morocco trip are alerted to it. You can raise the reward or extend the date from the request page. Nothing is charged until you accept an offer.
+Can a traveler buy something in Germany and bring it to Morocco?
Yes, that is buy & bring. Post the item with a link or a description and your maximum price. A traveler heading to Morocco who agrees buys it with their own money and brings it. You pay the item price (or the deposit set in the offer), the reward and the fees in the app; the money is held until you give your delivery code.
+When do most people travel between Germany and Morocco?
Many families travel for the summer holidays, the school breaks and the weeks around Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha. Outside those periods a request can take longer; post early and set a realistic date.
+Which cities have their own page?
Frankfurt, Munich, Stuttgart, Berlin and Dortmund to Casablanca, Frankfurt to Fes and Marrakesh, Stuttgart to Rabat and Munich to Tangier. Other cities work too: post your request or trip with your own cities and the matching also happens at country level.
+Do customs duties apply to a parcel carried Germany → Morocco?
It depends on the item and on the rules of the destination country; YourPoste does not promise duty-free entry. The parcel travels in the traveler’s own luggage, so the traveler answers for it at the border and may have to declare it. Customs charges, if any, are not included in what you pay in the app: agree on them with the traveler before you pay. When in doubt, check the official customs information of the destination country.
+What can a traveler refuse to carry?
Anything. Travelers see the description and the photos before they offer, and they check the item at pickup. The examples on this page are general, not a list of what is allowed: prohibited and restricted items are listed in the Terms. Describe the contents honestly so the traveler can decide.
+How is my payment protected?
You pay by card in the app after accepting an offer. The money is held, not passed to the traveler, until the delivery code you give at handover is entered, or until the YourPoste team settles a dispute. Phone numbers are only shared once the deal is paid.
+What does it cost, and what does the traveler keep?
As a sender you pay the reward you set plus a 10% service fee: a €30 reward costs €33 in total. In buy & bring mode the fee also covers 2.5% of the item amount, plus card processing. The traveler receives the reward minus a 3% commission, sent by YourPoste to their bank account (IBAN) or an online payment account after the delivery code is entered.
