Questions about France → Morocco

+What if no traveler offers on my request?
Your request stays visible until its deadline, and travelers who post a France → Morocco trip are alerted to it. You can raise the reward or extend the date from the request page. Nothing is charged until you accept an offer.
+When are the most travelers on France → Morocco?
The summer holidays, the school breaks and the weeks around Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha bring the most trips, and the end-of-year period too. Outside those peaks a request can take longer; post early and set a realistic date.
+Can a traveler bring something from Morocco to France?
Yes. Post a request in the Morocco → France direction: argan oil, spices, a caftan or a document from home travel the same way, in the traveler’s luggage and within personal-use quantities. Travelers heading to France see it and offer.
+Which cities have their own page?
Paris, Marseille, Lyon and Lille to Casablanca, and Paris to Rabat, Tangier and Nador. Other cities work too: post your request or trip with your own cities and the matching also happens at country level.
+Do customs duties apply to a parcel carried France → Morocco?
The parcel travels in the traveler’s own luggage, so the personal-luggage rules of Morocco apply: personal items in small quantities, nothing in commercial quantities, and the traveler may have to declare what they carry. YourPoste does not promise duty-free entry; if customs charges apply, they are between you and the traveler. Describe the contents honestly so the traveler can decide.
+What can a traveler refuse to carry?
Anything. Travelers see the description and the photos before they offer and check the item at pickup. Liquids over 100 ml in cabin luggage, loose batteries, perishable food, cash, medicines without a prescription and anything restricted by the rules of Morocco or the airline are not carried.
+How is my payment protected?
You pay by card in the app after accepting an offer. The money is held, not passed to the traveler, until the delivery code you give at handover is entered, or until the YourPoste team settles a dispute. Phone numbers are only shared once the deal is paid.
+What does it cost, and what does the traveler keep?
As a sender you pay the reward you set plus a 10% service fee: a €30 reward costs €33 in total. In buy & bring mode the fee also covers 2.5% of the item amount, plus card processing. The traveler receives the reward minus a 3% commission, sent by YourPoste to their bank account (IBAN) or PayPal after the delivery code is entered.
