YourPoste is a marketplace that connects travelers who already have a trip planned with people who need a parcel carried or an item bought abroad and brought to them. The traveler earns a reward; the payment is held until delivery is confirmed with a code.
Senders and buyers post what they need and the reward they offer. Travelers on that route send offers. Once an offer is accepted and paid, the two sides arrange the handover in the app chat; phone numbers are shared only after payment.
YourPoste is not a transport company and does not carry, inspect or store anything itself. Travelers are independent people, not employees or contractors of YourPoste.
YourPoste does not insure items. If something goes wrong, either side opens a dispute from the deal page and a YourPoste review settles what happens to the held payment. The Terms describe this in detail.
YourPoste is the commercial name of POSTRAVELER, S.L., a Spanish single-shareholder limited company (Sociedad Limitada Unipersonal), tax ID B-26947879.
Registered office: Calle Pintor Maella 11, 2º, puerta 8ª, 46023 Valencia, Spain. Registered at the Registro Mercantil de Valencia on 16 June 2026, sheet V-235780. Activity: intermediation services for postal and courier activities (CNAE 53.30).
The company was selected for the INCUBA2 2026 — Parc Científic de la Universitat de València programme (15/09/2026 – 14/03/2027). This selection does not mean the Parc Científic or the Universitat de València guarantees, recommends or endorses YourPoste, its users or any transaction, nor that it has invested in or owns the company.
"YourPoste" is a Spanish trademark application (OEPM M4384575), pending registration.
You can post a request or a trip and pay from any country; payment is by card, in euros.
Travelers receive their earnings by bank transfer or PayPal. A payout method is configured for: Spain, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Belgium, United Kingdom, Ireland, Morocco, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, India, Mexico, Brazil, Philippines, Argentina. Travelers in other countries can usually be paid by IBAN or PayPal; there is no payout method yet for travelers based in China, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, South Africa, Nigeria, Kenya — they should contact support before accepting a deal.
Most activity is between Europe (Spain, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Italy, Germany) and Morocco. France ↔ Algeria and France ↔ Tunisia see many requests and fewer travelers. Spain ↔ Argentina works in both directions. Routes exist wherever a traveler posts a trip.
The sender pays by card after accepting an offer. The money is held, not passed to the traveler, until the sender confirms delivery with the delivery code, or a YourPoste review settles a dispute.
Senders pay the reward they chose plus a 10% service fee (a €30 reward costs €33). In buy & bring mode the buyer also pays the item price (in full or as the agreed deposit), a 2.5% fee on that amount and a card processing fee; the traveler is reimbursed the item price from the held payment.
Travelers keep the reward minus a 3% commission. Payouts are sent by YourPoste after the delivery is confirmed.
Prohibited and restricted items are listed in the Terms; the sender declares the contents and the traveler may inspect them before accepting.
