How it works France → Tunisia

If you travel

  1. Post your trip

Your route, your dates and the space you have. Posting is free.

  2. Offer on the requests that fit

You see the item, its size and the reward before you offer. Wait until the deal shows as paid before you pick anything up.

  3. Deliver and enter the code

At handover you enter the delivery code. YourPoste then sends your earnings, minus the 3% commission, to your bank account (IBAN) or PayPal.

If you send

  1. Post your request

What it is, where it leaves from, where it goes and the reward you offer. Posting is free.

  2. Accept an offer and pay in the app

Travelers on the route make offers. When you accept one, you pay by card and the money is held.

  3. Hand over, then confirm with your code

The traveler collects the parcel and delivers it. Your delivery code, given at handover, releases the payment.

Questions about France → Tunisia

+What if no traveler offers on my request?
On France → Tunisia travelers are still fewer than requests, so a request can wait longer than on other corridors. Keep the deadline realistic, set a reward that reflects the service, and your request is shown to every traveler who posts a France → Tunisia trip. Nothing is charged until you accept an offer. If you travel this route yourself, post your trip: the requests are already there.
+When are the most travelers on France → Tunisia?
The summer holidays, the weeks around Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha and the end of year bring the most trips. Post early so travelers planning those dates see your request.
+Can a traveler carry official documents?
Yes, documents are a request we see on this corridor: the traveler hands the envelope to the recipient in person and you confirm with the delivery code. Keep copies, never send cash, and tell the traveler what the envelope contains.
+Only Paris → Tunis has its own page. What about other cities?
Post anyway, from Marseille, Lyon, Nice or anywhere in France, to Tunis, Sfax or Sousse: requests and trips are also matched at country level, and travelers who post a France → Tunisia trip are alerted.
+Do customs duties apply to a parcel carried France → Tunisia?
The parcel travels in the traveler’s own luggage, so the personal-luggage rules of Tunisia apply: personal items in small quantities, nothing in commercial quantities, and the traveler may have to declare what they carry. YourPoste does not promise duty-free entry; if customs charges apply, they are between you and the traveler. Describe the contents honestly so the traveler can decide.
+What can a traveler refuse to carry?
Anything. Travelers see the description and the photos before they offer and check the item at pickup. Liquids over 100 ml in cabin luggage, loose batteries, perishable food, cash, medicines without a prescription and anything restricted by the rules of Tunisia or the airline are not carried.
+How is my payment protected?
You pay by card in the app after accepting an offer. The money is held, not passed to the traveler, until the delivery code you give at handover is entered, or until the YourPoste team settles a dispute. Phone numbers are only shared once the deal is paid.
+What does it cost, and what does the traveler keep?
As a sender you pay the reward you set plus a 10% service fee: a €30 reward costs €33 in total. In buy & bring mode the fee also covers 2.5% of the item amount, plus card processing. The traveler receives the reward minus a 3% commission, sent by YourPoste to their bank account (IBAN) or PayPal after the delivery code is entered.

Built so both sides can trust the deal

  • Payment held in the app until the delivery is confirmed
  • Delivery code given by the sender at handover, never before
  • Identity badge on profiles that completed verification, plus reviews
  • Dispute button on every deal, reviewed by the YourPoste team
