The buyer or sender pays, and the money is held
Once your offer is accepted, the other person pays by card in the app. The money is held: it is not sent to you yet. Wait until the deal shows as paid before you buy or pick up anything.
Buy the item and bring it, or carry the parcel
For buy & bring, buy the item with your own money and keep the receipt. For a parcel, meet the sender and check what you are given.
Enter the delivery code and get paid
At delivery, the sender or the person receiving it gives you the delivery code. You enter it in the app, and YourPoste then sends your earnings to the payout method you set in the app.
How you are paid
- The reward is agreed before you travel: the reward the person posted, or the price in your offer.
- YourPoste keeps a 3% commission on that reward. You receive the rest, and nothing else is taken from it.
- Buy & bring: the item price you advanced is paid back to you on top of the reward (from the held payment, plus any cash remainder agreed in your offer at handover). The commission applies to the reward only, never to the item price.
- You are paid after the delivery code is entered. YourPoste sends your earnings to the payout method you set in the app.
- Posting a trip and making offers is free. The fees paid by the buyer or the sender are added on their side: they are never taken from what you receive.

- You choose what you accept. You see the description and the photos before you make an offer, and you can refuse any request.
- Check what you are given. If it is not what was described, or you have a doubt, do not take it.
- What you carry travels in your own luggage, so you answer for it at the border. You must follow the customs rules and the law of both countries, and the rules of your transport company.
